How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Custom order lead time is anywhere from several days to 3-5 weeks. Periodically, we have everything in stock to make your custom piece. In this case, your piece will be completed and sent out several days after the order placement. In other cases we do not always have all the materials (a specific type of stone, a stamp, etc.) needed to complete the piece. When submitting a contact form, you will be placed in direct contact with Madie. She will sketch several designs, discuss pricing and give you a completion timeline.
Will my silver jewelry tarnish?
Over time your piece will patina over time, the more you wear your jewelry the less it will tarnish! If you find your piece at the bottom of your jewelry box and you want to add more shine, simply take a polishing cloth (available at most grocery stores) and rub the silver with the cloth until the tarnish is gone.
Can I wear my silver jewelry everyday?
Yes! The more you wear your jewelry the better! Amarillo Lilly Silver pieces are made for everyday wear. Feel free to shower, wash your hands, swim, hike and fish in your jewelry. Just refrain from storing your jewelry in sunlight to avoid fading of the stone.
Do we offer repairs?
Yes! We offer repairs, and possible stone replacements for all Amarillo Lilly Silver pieces. Send a photo and we will take a look!
Can I return my piece?
Yes, “ready to wear” returns are valid for 2 days after the piece is delivered. Reach out to Madie as soon as possible, once the piece is back in our possession you will be refunded in full. Custom orders are non-refundable, if you are unhappy with your piece upon arrival please contact us via the contact sheet and we will create a plan specific to your piece.
Where do we acquire our stones?
All the stones that we use are genuine and ethically resourced. Most of our stones come from trusted mines in, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. All materials come from small business’ and are of the highest quality.
